Ingredients
- 1 cup onion
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 can tomato purée
- 1 pound stirloin beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Pinch of cayenne powder
- Brown sirloin in a pan with olive oil.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a pot on the stove on medium heat.
- Crumble sirloin in and wait for it to boil then summer for an hour and a half.
The spice in this is medium and if you want more spice you could add chili peppers. This will serve about 12. You can freeze this also.
